9. Former EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform

The European Union’s former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform has been discontinued.

Accordingly, Social Wipeout does not provide the former ODR Platform as a current method for submitting disputes.

Consumers may instead use available national consumer-redress mechanisms, competent ADR entities, courts or other procedures available under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Website activities and contractual relations are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
