Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA), you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
1. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the Product.
If your order contains multiple Products delivered separately, the withdrawal period will be calculated in accordance with applicable consumer law.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

3. Returning Your Product
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the Product within 14 days.

Do not return the Product to our fulfilment facility in China or to the sender address shown on the original parcel unless we expressly instruct you to do so in writing.
4. Who Pays for the Return?
For a return made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product to us, provided that you were informed of this before purchase.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.
If the Product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, different statutory rights apply. You will not be required to pay costs that applicable consumer law requires Social Wipeout to bear.
5. Condition of the Product
You may inspect the Product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.
However, if you handle or use the Product beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and this causes a reduction in its value, we may deduct the corresponding diminished value from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
This may include, for example, missing, damaged, stained, written-on or heavily used cards or other missing or damaged components.
6. Refund
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments that applicable law requires us to refund.
Where required by EU consumer law, this generally includes the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive shipping option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost above our standard delivery option where permitted by law.
For a change-of-mind return, the cost of sending the Product back remains your responsibility as described above.
7. When Will You Receive Your Refund?
We will process your refund within the period required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned Product or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights if a Product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.
