Social Wipeout is responsible for ensuring that Products placed on the market under the Social Wipeout brand comply with applicable product-safety requirements.

3. Intended Use

Social Wipeout is a recreational party card game intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older.

The game is intended to be played socially by groups of consenting adults.

The Product contains mature themes and may include:

• strong or explicit language
• sexual or adult themes
• provocative questions
• personal questions
• embarrassing situations
• challenges
• voluntary disclosure of personal information
• prompts involving phones, messages, photographs, social media or other personal content; and
• challenges involving interaction between players

The Product is intended for entertainment purposes only.

4. 18+ — Adult Content

WARNING: ADULT PRODUCT — 18+ ONLY.

Social Wipeout contains mature content and is not intended for children.

The 18+ designation relates primarily to the nature and content of the game and does not mean that normal safety precautions can be disregarded.

Keep the Product away from young children where appropriate.

5. Consent and Personal Boundaries

Participation in Social Wipeout is voluntary.

Playing the game does not constitute unlimited consent to every action, question, challenge or interaction that may occur during gameplay.

A player may stop participating or refuse an activity at any time.

Physical contact always requires consent.

No card, instruction, group vote or gameplay rule constitutes consent on behalf of another person.

Expressions used as part of the game’s entertainment style or mechanics — including “No Escape,” “No Exceptions,” “No Going Back,” “Full Commitment,” “No Mercy,” “Nothing Is Off Limits” or similar expressions — relate to the game’s fictional tone, scoring or internal gameplay mechanics.

They do not override a person’s consent, personal safety, applicable law or the rights of another person.

6. SAY and SHOW Challenges

Social Wipeout uses SAY and SHOW challenges.

Players should use reasonable judgement when completing any challenge.

A game instruction does not require or authorise a player to:

• break the law
• endanger themselves or another person
• use force or coercion
• violate another person’s consent
• unlawfully access another person’s device or account
• disclose information they have no right to disclose; or
• violate another person’s privacy or legal rights

Where a challenge cannot reasonably be completed safely, lawfully or consensually, the player should not perform that action.

7. Phones, Devices and Accounts

Some Social Wipeout challenges may involve a player’s phone, photographs, messages, contacts, applications or social-media activity.

Players remain responsible for their own devices and accounts.

Do not:

• access another person’s device without permission
• disclose passwords or authentication codes
• disclose banking or payment information
• expose highly sensitive personal information
• access another person’s account without authorisation; or
• reveal private information belonging to another person without the necessary permission

A Social Wipeout card does not grant permission to access any device, account, communication or information.

8. Privacy of Other People

Some information visible on a player’s phone or account may belong to another person.

Players should respect third-party privacy.

Do not publish, display, forward or otherwise disclose private photographs, videos, messages or personal information of another person where doing so would violate their rights or applicable law.

9. Recording and Social Media

Do not photograph, film, record or publish another player without obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Each player is responsible for content they independently choose to upload, send, publish or otherwise disclose.

Social Wipeout does not require players to unlawfully record or publicly expose another person.

10. Physical Challenges

Where gameplay involves movement or physical interaction:

• consider the available space
• remove obvious hazards where appropriate
• avoid actions that could reasonably cause injury
• respect physical limitations
• do not use unreasonable force; and
• obtain consent before physical contact

Players should not perform a challenge where they reasonably believe doing so would create an unsafe situation.

11. Alcohol and Other Substances

Social Wipeout does not require the consumption of alcohol unless a specific lawful edition or instruction expressly states otherwise.

Players are responsible for their own decisions concerning alcohol.

Do not use the Product to encourage:

• underage drinking
• dangerous or excessive consumption
• illegal drug use
• driving while impaired; or
• any activity that would violate applicable law

12. Wipeout, Wild and Safe Cards

Special gameplay rules, including restrictions concerning Wipeout, Wild and Safe cards, are internal game mechanics.

For example, a rule stating that a Wipeout challenge has “no escape” or that a Wild/Safe card cannot be used does not mean that a player can be physically forced or unlawfully coerced into performing an activity.

Players always retain the ability to stop participating.

Gameplay or scoring consequences may still apply in accordance with the rules of the game.

13. Product Condition

Do not use the Product if you discover physical damage that you reasonably believe creates a safety risk.

Normal cosmetic wear to cards or packaging does not necessarily create a safety issue.

If a Product appears materially defective or unsafe, stop using the affected Product where appropriate and contact Social Wipeout.

14. Storage

Store the Product:

• in a dry environment
• away from excessive heat or open flames
• away from excessive moisture; and
• in a manner that prevents unnecessary damage to the Product

Gameplay instructions are supplied with the Product and may also be available through the How to Play section of socialwipeout.com.

Players should read the game instructions before playing.

Gameplay instructions should be interpreted together with the safety information on this page.

16. Safety Complaints and Incidents

If you believe a Social Wipeout Product presents a safety risk, or if a safety-related incident involving the Product occurs, please contact us promptly: socialwipeout.business@gmail.com

Please provide, where available:

• your name and contact information
• order number
• Product name
• batch/lot identifier
• description of the issue or incident
• photographs where relevant; and
• any other information reasonably necessary to understand the safety issue

For a serious safety issue, stop using the affected Product while the matter is being assessed where continued use could reasonably present a risk.

17. Corrective Safety Measures

Where Social Wipeout identifies a Product safety issue requiring corrective action, we may take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include:

• providing safety information
• contacting affected Customers
• correcting the Product
• withdrawing affected Products
• recalling affected Products
• providing an appropriate remedy; and
• notifying or cooperating with competent authorities

18. Product Traceability

Social Wipeout maintains Product identification and traceability information as required by applicable law.

Customers reporting a Product-safety issue may be asked to provide the batch or lot identifier appearing on the Product or packaging.

This helps us identify the relevant production batch and investigate potential safety issues.

19. Product Modifications and Misuse

Do not intentionally modify the Product in a manner that creates an unreasonable safety risk.

Social Wipeout cannot be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for safety issues caused exclusively by deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification or use materially outside the Product’s reasonably foreseeable intended use.

Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Mandatory Product-Safety Rights

Nothing on this page excludes, limits or replaces mandatory rights or protections available under applicable product-safety or consumer law.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement prevails.
